The challenge:

Prodigy partnered with TActix to help their client find a Machine Learning Engineer in the UK (London) for a hybrid working model. The client had been struggling to find the right talent on their own, and the role had been open for approximately four months when TActix committed to delivering a solution.

The solution:

The client's role was initially titled as 'Data Engineer', encompassing some Data Scientist tasks. However, following a clarifying discussion, we realized that they were actually looking for a Machine Learning Engineer.

The search began on 11th of December 2023, and the first two candidates were provided by 13th of December 2023. Four more highly qualified candidates were sent by 20th of December. The candidate who was ultimately hired was submitted to the client on 20th of December (9 days after the kick off call), and two additional candidates were sent by 15th of January.

After one candidate was selected for an offer, we facilitated extensive discussions between the candidate and the client to finalize the agreement.

The results:

Our innovative approach allowed us to share the top 10% of the UK's AI candidates with our client in just nine days.

 

Leveraging the power of LinkedIn automation and AI, we were able to tap into a vast network of suitable candidates. This strategy enabled us to deliver six top-notch candidates within just nine days of the initial request. The candidate who was hired was submitted exactly nine days after we began sourcing.

Furthermore, our strategic approach proved to be a game-changer, assisting both the client and the candidate in better understanding their needs and challenges. This led to an agreement that was mutually beneficial.
