How we supported Allwin to build up a team of 3 React developers for a 3 months, short-term strategic client project.
About Allwin
ALLWIN Informatics Ltd., founded in 2007, is a dynamic software company with 60+ employees in Hungary. With 14 years of experience in informatics and consulting they have a great and in depth scope of knowledge to develop and implement custom software solutions for their clients.
ALLWIN developments are used by a large scale of partners including small, medium and large enterprises.
The challenge:
Allwin needed to staff their project team with 3 React Developers (2 seniors, 1 intermediate) for a 3 months strategic client project. They reached out to TActix to help them build the React project team.
It was a highly challenging project as we had only 3 weeks to deliver from the project start. The kick-off was on 11th of March 2024, and the planned project start was on 2nd of April 2024.
The solution:
Given the tight deadline, we focused on sourcing available freelance/contractor candidates. We submitted the first 2 candidates on the 12th of March (1 day after the kick-off call), followed by 3 more candidates within 4 days post kick-off. Among them were 3 senior and 2 intermediate candidates.
One candidate was pulled from the project as he accepted another offer from one of our other clients. However, all 4 remaining engineers were selected by the client. While 1 candidate rejected our offer, we still secured the planned 3 engineers.
Since it was an international role, we focused on candidates who had experience working in an international team. We also partnered with Allwin in salary negotiations to keep within the strict budget.
The results:
Our innovative approach allowed us to provide the client with the top 20% of available Hungarian React freelance/contract candidates within just four days.
